1. 서 론
1.1 Cyclic Voltammetry
1.1.1 Redox
1.1.2 Electrochemical cell
Ⅴ. Discussion
- GOT, GPT
additional redox mediators, enzymes, which exibit redox properities and are able to directly exchange electrons with conducting materials, are applied.
Hemoproteins usually are able to exchange electrons directly with electrode.
Electron transfer proteins
ex. Cytochrome-c, oxidoreductase,
ferrocytochrome-c, O2 oxidoreductase …
at 593nm. The reaction is non specific, in that any half reaction that haslower redoxpotential, under reaction conditions, than that of ferric ferrous half reaction, will drive the ferrous (Fe III to Fe II) ion formation. The change in absorbance istherefore, directly related to the combined or “total” reducing power of the electrondonating antioxidants present in the reaction mixture.
Super-capacitors
EDLC(electrochemical double layer capacitors)
→ store E using ion adsorption
Pseudo-capacitors
→ fast surface redox reactions
→ higher capacitance than EDLC
Redox super-capacitors
electron transfer caused by electrochemical oxidation and reduction of active reagents
between two electrodes with different potentials
charge transfer properties
